Acting Director of the DGE, Mary Jo Flaherty, voiced strong disapproval over the incident. "These types of gross errors and failures cannot be tolerated in the New Jersey gaming regulatory system," Flaherty emphasized, highlighting the gravity of the situation.
The issue at hand involved DraftKings over-reporting the amount wagered on parlay bets while simultaneously under-reporting other betting categories.
